| Thank you! I've been looking for a set for a while. They're from a lacrosse cxs. They are 5x115 bolt pattern with a very high offset, so I think they should go! | |

| I painted my stock 7 spoke rims graphite about a week ago and I think they look really good, something as simple and cheap as painting the rims makes a huge difference in the look of the car imo, it matches the silver paint too now people definitely think something is up with my riv I get looks when I drive by. | |

| Subject: Lesabre t type/reatta wheels on my 90 Riviera Sun Feb 16, 2014 12:01 am | |
| My 90 Riviera has the factory 15 inch wheels with the wire wheel caps. I'm wanting to get some Buick aluminum wheels. In my research, I know there were factory 15 inch wheels for my Riviera including the 86-88 t type wheels. However, a different option might be the wheels used on the LeSabre t type and Reatta, or Electra t type wheels. The LeSabre t type and Reatta wheels are easier to locate than the Riviera t type or Electra t type wheels. The LeSabre t type wheels and Reatta wheels are exactly the same, except the center caps. The LeSabre t type wheels have a plain black center cap versus the Reatta, which has Reatta specific center caps. My research shows exact specs for the Riviera, Reatta, and LeSabre t type wheels. I prefer these Buick wheels to any other options. Thoughts or suggestions?

| The link isn't working for me. But, I think it's a great idea! Those wheels can be had for pretty cheap but they are hard to find in good condition. I would suggest using Reatta center caps instead of the Lesabre ones. Personally I think the black ones would look funny, and the Reatta caps have a gant R in the middle already!
Check with Marck Barker at East Coast Reatta Parts. If he doesn't have whole wheels (which he does) he will at least have center caps! | |

| Thanks z type. Yes the reatta wheels have the R but they also say Reatta...I guess that might not be so bad though. These wheels seem easy to locate-refurbished they look great! I changed the link above. | |

| This is our '89 Reatta - we got a set of mirror-polished wheels from some company about 3 years ago. I dn't remember the name, just that they were hard to deal with. The wheels turned out awesome though! | |

| Very nice. Why did you have to replace the Reatta wheels? Did they come with the center caps? Most places don't include the caps. Do you remember how much you paid? | |

| Can someone Photoshop these rims (MSR 095) on an Emerald Green Pearl Riv? Both in the regular chrome and black pearl? Thanks. Here is a borrowed picture of Codith's Riv to use. Hope you don't mind Turtleman, but it is a good match for mine besides the rims. Other pictures here if needed https://rivperformance.editboard.com/t5402-tortuga. _________________ 1998 Supercharged Riviera - Custom CAI, Alpine spx-13ref, Infinity 6x9's, Alpine 4 Channel Amp, Kicker KX3, Silverstars, STB, Hawk Brake Pads, Monroe Air Shocks, KYB GR2

| I think 69GS's rims will look epic on virtually any color car they go on. Couldn't find the Sport Edition rims in chrome either :-/ | |

These look pretty similar..
LINK I saw those earlier. Those aren't bad, its just hard to tell how they would look on the Riv. I have trouble picturing how the car would look like on many of the choices. Even with the little picture that tirerack provides. I don't really want to change from the stock rims, but they leak so much air. They get fixed for about 6 months to a year and then start leaking again due to corrosion. _________________ 1998 Supercharged Riviera - Custom CAI, Alpine spx-13ref, Infinity 6x9's, Alpine 4 Channel Amp, Kicker KX3, Silverstars, STB, Hawk Brake Pads, Monroe Air Shocks, KYB GR2

| That's a pretty damn good re-color job Yoss. As an aside, I'm now thinking of painting my Riviera scripts to almost match the paint color. | |
