| One more thing...the aeroforce gauge lets me set "shift points" indicated by two red LED's...
I'm assuming when you launch, you guys manually shift starting in 2nd gear, then into third and forth...
if this is the case, what RPM's should I program the gauge to trigger the shift points?

| The cold misfires are normal from what a bunch of buddies with the newer gauges have said.
On the shift lights, personally it's an automatic and you should be letting it do the shifting. I plan to set those lights to blink when KR is over 1-2. That way you don't have to keep your gauge set to KR like I do currently.
I X2 the not 3.4'ing if any KR is present.

| Anyone have one of these in their Riv, i saw the ones for sale at ZZP's website, i was wondering if anyone has used, or is still using one. the applications listing for the gauge on ZZP's site is small and the Riv is not included, but i remember reading on here thats because the mod market for Rivs is just too small. any feed back??? | |

http://www.msdignition.com/product.aspx?id=5175 pretty cool, but for $299 you are well on your way to a nice tuning package that can scan too. I'd recommend the AutoTap if you just want a scan tool. I had AutoTap and highly recommend it.

| Aeroforce is coming out with a new face to help solve the brightness isssues the earlier ones had. You might want to give them a call before you order to find out when the new ones are coming out. (I think Nov) | |

| Did anyone get one of those with the silver or chrome bezel or one of the other face colors? Is there another way to mount one of these bad boys without taking out the air vent (I like my extra vent, the ones in the door blow the most air on me)? | |

| Damn, your car looks like the cockpit of a spaceship. Which gauge is the Aeroforce? Or are you just showing other ways to mount?
I like your idea with them in the center console, I don't want a gauge on my wheel - just not my style. I don't suppose there is a write up for that that I'm just blind and didn't see?

| as far as i know all you have to do is plug it into your cars Diagnostic port, and plug and play, the choice on mounting it seems harder than the actuall install. | |

| Price is a little steep. Do those buttons allow you to change what you see? Does it show an accurate MPG readout? | |

I ordered one with the silver bezel to match my autometer sportcomp gauges which come with silver bezels. I installed it recently into my a-pillar mount for easy reach of the buttons. I kept my extra vents too...I live in texas and 100+ degree days with a hot natured person like myself is a necessity. - Shintsu wrote:
