So to summarize, it appears one just needs the following two gaskets, correct?

A) Plenum (under SC, between SC and intake manifold) gasket which includes coolant o-rings:
FEL-PRO Part # MS95741

B) Throttle Body to SC:
FEL-PRO Part # 61025

Can anyone confirm the torque values for bolting:

1) The snout back to the SC body - Looks like this isn't documented anywhere for certain given that both GM and Eaton do not support this procedure, the the general consensus from other forums and our M90 coupler replacement thread is that is should be 15-17 lb/ft (max, maybe a bit less).  Confirm?

2) The SC to the intake manifold- From our M90 LIM gasket thread, 17 ft/lbs no threadlocker.  I'm seeing that referenced in other forums too. Sound correct for the M62 install?

3) The throttle body back to the SC - So far I'm seeing 84-89 in/lbs referenced elsewhere.  Confirm?

I have the SC oil and new coupler already.

Thanks.

I just finished this job on my 98. If you are seeing those torque values on other sites, I'd say they were accurate. I'm sure they are in the 95 FSM. As mentioned, there are no published numbers for the snout to SC. I have seen 15 ft lbs, but honestly, I don't use torque wrenches for something like this, I just use my common sense and snug the bolt up. I have seen guys strip out fasteners using a torque wrench. Not sure why, maybe user error, or mis calibration. Completely unnecessary IMO.
