| You know, Corey, I bet you could do the custom work on the side - maybe during off-hours in an independent body shop. Do your folks know anybody?

Seeing the air brush art helps. What are you doing in the casino? At first I thought you meant gambling but now I'm thinking more bouncing or bartending. Or running a game, why not? Nothing like that around here of course . . . I've thought hard about airbrushing but I'm not sure there'd be enough demand for it.

I gotta +1 this... the Internet has enough people waving around their e-"package" around, just gets old for it to transfer into the car mods and performance bragging. I know what a NIC cam sounds like, don't really care about vids of them on random cars. However, I'd like to see a vid of it actually in corey's car itself, and I will congratulate him on the badass sound. But, sometime the attitude of some people gets to me, friendly competition is good, but the real competition should be against yourself. ALWAYS there is someone out there faster. Smack talk gets really old, and no amount of car awesomeness can make up for it. _________________

***************** You know he doesn't even OWN a Riv anymore, right? And now he's posting on RegalGS about getting rid of the Regal for a "different" W body.

I had an 84 4spd with t-tops several years ago, good for running around town in the summer. Not good for anything else, unless ya wanted to do an L67 swap. I drove it one winter too, bad news on ice/snow.

| Well I finally got around to installing rockers with the help of Matt and Devin ( Mr. Riviera and L8-2BNGO) and must say i'm impressed with the gains. I think i read a post once ( AA?) that described them as bolt on V-tec for a pushrod engine , and that very accurately describes it. The tach needle sweeps a little faster between 3500-4000 and much faster over 4k rpms. Took about 3 hours to install , using stock springs and modded 1.9s , total cost was about 300 bucks and for the effort and price it was worth it. Certainly my favorite mod so far. | |
