| Can't wait to see this done. if you are successful, and it looks great, do you plan on producing more from your master mold for sale to other members? <3 | |

| I'm thinking about it.so far the project is coming along.just need to order another gallon foam kit and the end product will dictate if making a mold is feasable,so far, even with the rough shell, the car just moves along in the air real nice.maybe it's my imagination but the car feels more slippery | |

| It depends on the quality of the paint and the guy spraying it.It's a huge job painting a car right. So many components needed.$300 to $30.000 and up and everywhere in between and a bunch of jackasses along the way telling you how it should be done. | |

a couple more pics of how the bumper is comin along.I still need some more
Robo, what is your plan for the fender spacers? are you going to mesh them with the body of the car with the bondo putty stuff then sand them smooth and blend it in? | |

| Here are a few pics of my first attempt at fender extensions. The extensions are of 16 gauge steel with 3/16 steel wire rolled into the edge for looks and strength. Passenger side. Not very pretty but bondo is my friend.I got the contour as close as I could.Actually I'll be using relatively little bondo. driver side I like this shot the best. The contour is clearly visible. It was a bear getting the shape right.not as easy as it would seem. next up is the rear bumper.getting it to blend with the extension will be fun.I'm leaning towards a Winston cup car look at the back with a kinda sharp upwards slant .Kinda Jaguar too.It will be loads of fun and interesting too. | |

| These pics really suc.The Bumper shape is done! I cant massage it any more.I was going for a Aston Martin Rapide style, Of course my idea was to copy elements of the Rapide but the angles were just too difficult and I was running out of experimental materials. http://tinyurl.com/7cvb2nx .What i am going with.cant see much,Still alot more sanding to get the bondo smooth then lay on the fiberglass I really have to figure something out in regards to the bumper vent opening. It dont gell real well with the hood grill.I'll figure something out. Side pic does no justice to the design.I still have to contour the wheel opening and meld it with the front steel extensions that I've run out of material for.Another trip to the steel store.Man! I am approaching the point where I say to myself that the Sqrivi bumper set is really begining to sound like a great deal! This is the rear end I'm shootin for. http://tinyurl.com/7rqy7jv Just have to pull the trigger on the idea of ripping out the OEM tail light and replace 'em with these http://tinyurl.com/7r72nso The biggest change in the bumpers appearance I think will be to turn the happy face bumper vent into a frown. turn it upside down. This will give the Riv a completely different look.

| Nice work, Robo, but God, what a lot of work. Wears me out just thinking about it. I really like the thoroughly aggressive look of the front from straight on. Well, maybe not all that thoroughly. Looks liike it wants a couple of .30 calibres mounted on the hood | |
